Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold on Kitaabkick. in are digital ebooks (PDF files). They are delivered instantly after payment, so we follow the policy below.

Cancellations

Because your ebook is delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.

When you can get a refund

We will give you a full refund if, within 7 days of purchase:

• You paid but did not receive the download link, and we could not resend it within 48 hours of your email.
• The file is damaged or will not open, and we could not send you a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You accidentally bought the same ebook twice.

When refunds are not possible

Since digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once an ebook has been successfully delivered and downloaded, including for a change of mind.

How to request a refund

Email SRBH9549@GMAIL.COM with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24 hours on working days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
